Bloomfield Woman Helped Man Fleece Blockchain Investors: Feds

BLOOMFIELD, NJ – A Bloomfield woman and a Canadian man were indicted Friday for their alleged roles in a securities fraud scheme. Federal prosecutors said Edith Pardo, 68, of Bloomfield, and Boaz Manor, 46, of Toronto, Canada, induced victims to invest $30 million worth of cash and cryptocurrency based on “fraudulent misrepresentations.”
